This is a good package if you are considering a home renovation project, but aren’t ready to commit quite yet. We take the preferences (paint, flooring, fixture colors, etc.) that you give us, and compile them into an attractive and functional rendering. Because we are using your measurements and your ideas, there is no need for a consultation. This eliminates the cost of a consultation fee, but also means we cannot guarantee the design’s complete dimensional accuracy. These are typically able to be completed in 1-2 days. Modifications are not included, but can be purchased separately.
If you are certain that you will be remodeling/building, we recommend the Gold or Platinum Package.
