This is our most detailed package. We recommend this package if you will be performing a mid-high end build/remodel/addition. Because you will be making a lot of costly selections, any error or miscommunication in materials or concept can be severely detrimental to your budget, schedule, and final product. We make sure every detail is accounted for.
We create a detailed package for you to provide to every contractor bidding on your project. It includes before photos, as-is drawings (with dimensions), your design (with dimensions), access to all renderings, and a step-by-step instructional packet outlining how to get your space from where it is, to where it should be (Scope of Work). This scope of work lists every item number for every selection you have made, ensuring that your builder has a complete understanding of your vision from start to finish. Your contractor and their employees will all know exactly what you are expecting. This makes quickly collecting multiple bids a breeze.
We also offer continued support to your builder by providing additional renderings and dimensional call-outs on an as-needed basis. We top it all off by enabling you to stand inside of your design virtually with our cutting-edge VR headgear.
