Our Leadership
Perry Barker, Founder and President of Dream Home Designs LLC, has been in the construction industry since he was a teenager. He has learned each facet of this industry through apprenticeships, close observation of skilled trades at work, and working hands-on with those that perform each particular task. Beginning as the unskilled laborer and apprentice of a first-rate master carpenter, he gained an intimate understanding of carpentry, and a love of quality craftsmanship. He expanded his education by working closely under a fourth-generation master plumber committed to green practices. From there he became a Project Manager for a major national construction firm that restored fire/water damaged multi-family structures, as well as single family homes to their original glory. Mastering the design process was the logical next step in the quest to have a well rounded knowledge of the industry from start to finish. He continued his education in the design, sales and estimating of high-end custom home, remodeling, and addition projects, at a top tier design-build firm. Today, as the President of Dream Home Designs LLC, he ensures that all of his years of education and experience are evident in every design and scope of work that the company produces.
Social Responsibilities
Dream Home Designs, LLC will limit paper usage by providing designs via email, and other internet-based means, as opposed to printed versions whenever possible. The company’s code of ethics dictates that the company be as “green” as possible. As the company builds a rapport with local builders and remodelers, it will differentiate between environmentally conscious builders, and those that do not acknowledge or adhere to these responsible practices. When recommendations for remodelers are requested of the company by the client, only those that practice the most eco-friendly methods, with the most satisfactory results, will be named.

In addition to these efforts, the company will also enable each client to give back to its local community. At the purchase of each design and/or scope of work development package, the client will have their choice of a cause to which a portion of their sale is to be donated. In this way, the client can aid those in need at no further cost to themselves.
Our Mission
Dream Home Designs, LLC will provide top-quality, achievable designs based on selections and preferences as outlined by the client. These designs will be in great detail, which will enable the client to know how their space is going to look at the end of their home remodel project. By utilizing the latest technology, such as VR gear, Dream Home Designs, LLC will be able to give clients a more immersive, and hyper-realistic view of their project than the competition. Dream Home Designs, LLC will create more than designs; it will create excitement, and excitement is contagious!
